The final verdict on this
Significant cleanliness issues plagued my stay, with dirty towels and cobwebs highlighting the lack of upkeep. I faced inconsistent hot water and poorly trained staff. Those seeking quality may want to reconsider their options despite the convenient location.

Scenic views of Weymouth and Chesil Beach.
The customer service was highly inconsistent. at times, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not attentive. The noise from outside was quite distracting at night, making sleep more difficult. Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings were not up to par, lacking variety and freshness which left a disappointing start to my mornings.

the location is super nice with stunning views nearby, our room was clean and had a good shower. The staff were chill and helpful, always had tea and coffee in the room which is great, breakfast was decent too.
but the bed was kinda hard and uncomfortable, and there were some stains in the shower.

Just a good pick for a flash stay in Portland with fantastic value for money. The shower pressure was surprisingly good after a long day. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise at night.

charming, charming, charming
The views of the harbour and Chesil Beach were absolutely breathtaking, creating a picturesque backdrop during my stay. I loved the generous tea and coffee supplies in my room, which made for cozy mornings as I soaked in the scenery. Plus, the family room was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably, making it perfect for our little getaway.

Good for those who want a simple stay
Had a decent shower – great pressure! ! And the view of the harbour was quite something to wake up to, made it all feel worth it.
Not exactly a bargain, but it fit the bill.

We booked two sea view rooms, which were surprisingly comfortable and bright. The en suites were spotless too! It definitely felt clean, even if the outside looked a bit rough. The only downside was the noise. could hear a bit from outside. Breakfast was excellent, but the staff seemed a little stressed. Still, I’d stay again for the nice rooms and sea views!

missingWrote a review on 02 Junenjoyable hamburgershelpful staffcleanliness issuesarrogant servicechaotic atmosphere
Returning for a second time proved disappointing. the outdated hotel suffered severe cleanliness issues, and the breakfast service was particularly upsetting. Staff interaction was awkward, with one member responding arrogantly about our meal orders, and the atmosphere felt chaotic. Despite my family's hopes, the hygiene at breakfast was not up to par, leaving us unsettled. The square hamburgers at lunch were enjoyable, but they couldn't overshadow the negative experiences.
